Our Equine Assisted Learning Sessions are tailored for both individuals and small groups (up to 6) These sessions harness the connection between humans and horses to promote emotional growth, trust, and resilience. Each session is carefully tailored to each students' personal growth targets which are agreed jointly agreed between facilitator and student.

Our Alternative Education and Mentoring Programme combines Equine Assisted learning, outdoor experiences, and 1:1 mentoring to help children and young people to build on their strengths, develop emotional resilience and re-engage with learning. Each programme is tailored to individual needs, supporting personal growth, communication and well-being. Working in Partnership with Schools and Local Authorities, we provide part-time, therapeutic learning experiences that help children Thrive in Nature and move forward with a renewed motivation and self-belief.
Young people may participate for up to three days a week, from Monday to Wednesday, between 9:30am and 2:30pm. The daily schedule includes completing tasks around the yard and opportunities to learn about caring for the herd and related responsibilities. Alternatively young people may simply attend a few hours at a time, pending availability.
We are an accredited ASDAN provider and can offer structured daily sessions for students to complete customised learning modules. The ASDAN programmes are chosen for their flexibility and their focus on practical skills, independence, and building confidence. We offer up to 120 modules, including 4 horsemanship modules. All competed modules are awarded with accredited certificates.
Students will take part in a range of outdoor activities.
Students can be provided with snacks and lunch, which they will be supported to prepare for themselves.
We can offer transport, but this would need to be discussed and agreed prior the young person beginning their growth journey with us.
Students will also learn about entrepreneurship skills and support with the running of our soon to be 'Community Snack Hub.'
Programmes will be tailored to the needs of each young person.
Impact matters: Progress and wellbeing will be tracked, with termly reports to celebrate achievements and growth.
